The Lowdown Radio News… Fan Whining…Grammy Nods, and Musical Pot Busts

It has been some time since The Lowdown has been active. Thanksgiving came up and a few other commitments but we are back to bring you quality music and news!

One of todays musicians that I have a great deal of respect for is Jack White of the White Stripes, Raconteurs, Dead Weather, etc. He is one of those artists that are truly committed to their craft. A genius on the guitar, he has propelled himself into rock history. Jack White owns Third Man Records, Which is a record label, a live music venue, and HQ for Jack White. Located in Nashville, Tennessee, White and his crew release rare and limited edition vinyl records that they press themselves. The records themselves are not the classic black records but rather are two tone colored and sometimes have surprises hidden inside. White has set up a subscription membership for fans at his Third Man website called The Vault, at a cost of $7/month or $20/month for premium services. Included in the membership for “$7 a month you can get exclusive streams, concerts, articles and photos, as well as presale tickets, chat rooms and other content. Upgrading to platinum status, which costs $20 a month, lands fans subscription-only records, 7-inches and shirts on a quarterly basis.”

Third Man records releases many limited edition material and the fans go crazy for it, unfortunately many times people buy the records at cheaper prices in stores and turn around to sell them on eBay for exorbitant amounts of money. White calls theses dealers “flippers” and this past Monday he got tired of it erupting in a storm of comments thrown back and forth between White and his Third Man Vault members. Instead of releasing the records like normal, Jack’s label set up an eBay auction page and sold the records there. Vault members were given the heads up and directed to the auction page. Within an hour all the auctions set up were over $100. Fans were complaining that they were getting ripped off and not getting their subscriptions money worth. Jack chimed into the chat rooms and told fans directly… “We sell a Wanda Jackson split record for 10 bucks, the eBay flipper turns around and sells it for 300, We’re not in the business of making flippers a living. We’re in the business of giving fans what they want.”

White cut out the after market middleman! White even told fans to stop all the whining… “We’ve done giveaways, contests, auctions, etc. a lot of different ways for vault members to get first crack at limited records when we don’t have to … seriously stop all of the whining, because what you communicate to us is that all of the trouble we go to isn’t worth it because nothing we do will make you happy. we’ll try to do back rubs door to door when we get a chance. sincerely the staff at third man records.” For a full read of what White and the fans said click here.

It was a very heated exchange and I have to say that I agree with him. The music industry has changed from what it once was. The top money earner has always been touring and merchandising, but there was once a time when you could make money off selling records, thats not the case anymore. Everything is digital and easily pirated, artists and the people they employ lose out on possible revenue from sales of music. And in this case, White has a record label and record store that he is operating. While talking to fans he said “there’s a guy who waits in a black suv down the block from third man who hires homeless people to go buy him tri colors when they are on sale. doesn’t even get out of his car.” This guy undoubtedly turns all those records into profits on eBay and other auction sites. So why is it such a burn that Jack White is looking out for himself, his craft, his business, his employees??? I sympathize with Vault members for not getting first crack at the cheaper limited editions but White puts it in perfect context…

“Would you like us to just stop making limited edition records? you would go so far as to say fuck you to us? for what? we didn’t do anything to you but give you what you want. you’re a vault member obviously, for what reason? limited records you can’t get elsewhere? would you kindly send us those records back so we can sell them to some other fan who didn’t get to have them? don’t want a split colored limited edition record? then guess what? don’t buy one. don’t want them to be expensive? then guess what? don’t WANT them. it’s you and others wanting them that dictates the price and the entire nature of the idea.”

They are members for those limited editions, they pay that premium for the first heads up on these deals, but if the going price for these rare vinyls on eBay is $500 why shouldn’t the record label and artists get that money? I do feel for the slight that the Vault members feel, but I have to applaud Jack White for playing the game. He cut out the middle man and went back to dealing with the customers, direct interactions. He is looking out for his business and I can’t argue with that. What do you think about this, should White have posted the auction himself? Should he have told fans to stop whining? Sound off in the comment section!

Biggest music awards show is coming around town again. The Grammy Awards will be on February 13, 2011. All of the nominations have just been announced, Eminem leads the pack with 10 nominations followed by this past year’s up and comer, Bruno Mars with 7. Lady Gaga also got some nods, as well as Lowdown favorites, Cee-Lo and Arcade Fire. A full list of the nominees can be found here. Eminem walks away with the nom for Record of the year and many others, Cee-Lo got noms for his hit “Fuck You” in the Record and Song of the Year categories. The Lowdown will give a full list of predictions for the Grammys a little closer to the date but big winner for the year is going to be Bruno Mars. He co-wrote Cee-Lo’s FU song, and also features on B.o.B.’s Grammy nominated “Nothing on You.” It will be interesting to see how his drug arrest affects his chances of Grammy wins, or even the reverse, the Grammys effects on his sentencing. 1. Here is evidence of your tax dollars at work and proving that all the new TSA procedures at the airport are keeping you safe. While going through a Body Scanner at LAX in Los Angeles, old school rapper Kurtis Blow was caught with a small amount of Marijuana, given a ticket and released. How nice, I do feel safer.

2. On the opposite side of things, Country star Willie Nelson was also busted with weed, however his experience was much different. At a Border Patrol checkpoint, Nelson and his tour bus were busted with 6 ounces of the Mary Jane!!! The 77 yr old star could face jail time and a $10,000 fine. Read more about it here

THE LOWDOWN RADIO PLAYLIST… GIMME THAT BEAT!

The Lowdown Radio News… Presidents and Rap Stars, Ricky Martin and the Bieb

“Most disgusting moment” of your presidency, huh? For some reason it just doesn’t seem to match up right. George W. Bush, Former President, has a new book coming out called “Decision Points” where he talks about a range of subjects from Hurricane Katrina and all through the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. As Promo for the new book, Bush did an Interview with Matt Lauer of the Today Show. The interview will air Monday, November 8, but since it was a prerecorded interview, certain parts get leaked out. One such leak was when Bush spoke about the “worst moment” of his Presidency. Shortly after Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans, the Bush administration was criticized for not being prepared to handle the devastation and also for not following through on its duties to the people. So NBC aired a telethon to raise money for Hurricane victims and had a slew of celebrities there to hep. At one point, actor Mike Myers and Kanye West were doing a short spot for the telethon and a very visibly agitated Kanye said at the end, “George Bush doesn’t care about black people.” Look at the old footage here:

Flash to 2010 and the interview with Bush and Matt Lauer. Bush said it was one of the worst moments of his presidency to be called a racist. Bush continued:

He called me a racist…And I didn’t appreciate it then. I don’t appreciate it now. It’s one thing to say, “I don’t appreciate the way he’s handled his business.” It’s another thing to say, “This man’s a racist.” I resent it, it’s not true, and it was one of the most disgusting moments in my Presidency. My record was strong I felt when it came to race relations and giving people a chance. And– it was a disgusting moment.”

Aww, poor Bush’s feeling are hurt, I guess taking America into a war that never needed to be fought was not disgusting enough. Do you have any sympathy for Bush feeling bad about what Kanye said?

Just this past week, Kanye West was doing a radio interview and was asked about what George Bush had commented, and Kanye responded by saying that he feels his pain. Relating the whole thing to his Taylor Swift controversy, he said that he knows what its like to be called a racist:

“I definitely can understand the way he feels, to be accused of being a racist in any way, because the same thing happened to me, where I got accused of being a racist…For both situations, it was basically a lack of compassion that America felt in that situation. With him, it was a lack of compassion of him not rushing, him not taking the time to rush down to New Orleans. For me, it was a lack of compassion of cutting someone off in their moment. But nonetheless, I think we’re all quick to pull a race card in America. And now I’m more open, and the poetic justice that I feel, to have went through the same thing that he went [through] — and now I really more connect with him on just a humanitarian level.”

Hear the interview with Debbie Deb from Houston right here.

I still have a problem with what Bush said, being that it was the worst part of his presidency. I just don’t see it, he has way bigger fish to fry than to call out Kanye West. It is difficult to be called our on National TV tho by a Music Star. I also have to give kudos to Kanye. Although I still think he is kind of a jerk, I have to commend him because ever since the Taylor Swift debacle and the loss of his mother, it really does seem like he has tried to make amends with the world and become a better person. Keep it going Kanye. How do you all feel about Bush and Kanye, were any of them right to say what they did? Sound off in the comment section.

Another story involving Presidents and rap stars is this story of Bill Clinton and Lil Wayne. Bill Clinton LOVES Lil Wayne! As you might have heard, Lil Wayne was sent to prison for 8 months for weapons charges, but he is now OUT. Serving time at Rikers Island in NY, Weezy kept up with his fans through written letters and blogs at his site, WeezyThankxYou.com has been in touch with the his followers since he went in. As he left prison, Weezy took to his twitter page to say, “aaaaaaahhhhhhmmmmm baaaaakkkkkkkkkk.” For a roundup of stars reaction to his release read more here. But one interesting person to weigh in on this was Former Prez Bill Clinton! In an interview with the KISS Morning Freak Show, Clinton was asked what he though about Lil Wayne leaving prison and he responded by saying that he was smart and talented: “I tell you what I think about that. I know this is kind of a funny question for you to ask me. But I think—you know, my daughter introduced me to rap and hip-hop music after I said some things she thought were not very smart. She said, ‘Dad, you need to listen, all these people are smart.’ This guy’s smart. And he’s got abilities. And he’s got a new chance now. And what I hope is that this is not just something to brand him as a cool guy, but that it’ll never happen again to him.” YEA! Good job Chelsea on introducing your dad to Hip Hop/Rap. Not much to say about this one, just that who would have thought that Bill Clinton was a fan Weezy’s??? Check out the Bill Clinton interview here.

And Now the Music New Roundup:

1. Ricky Martin once one of the biggest stars in the world, and still so today has a new book out right now called “Me” In it he talks about his life, spirituality, and sexuality. Recently Martin has publicly announced that he is gay, and was met with good reactions from the public. He said on The Oprah Winfrey Show and the Today show that fear kept him from coming out, but when he finally did everyone still loved him. I congratulate him because when you look at these interviews you can see a very happy man who is now at peace with himself. I have been a fan of his since back in the day when my mom would bump his stuff, so I feel so happy for him to be finally be open and himself. Check out his Today show interview right here by clicking the picture and read some of the best excerpts of his book here.

2. Johnny Cash’s daughter, Rosanne got mixed up with the soon to be Speaker of the House John Boehner. John Boehner, Congressman from Ohio, used Cash’s name in a lame joke which prompted Rosanne to call him an “Asshat.” Rosanne Cash writes “John Boehner: Stop using my dad’s name as a punchline, you asshat.” She still stands by what she said, but does regret her choice of words.

3. And finally, Justin Bieber get bullied too :( He recently went on to the Ellen Degeneres show to talk about haters and bullying. He said don’t do it cuz you could be bullied next. The Bieb is content with just laughing it off and not paying too much attention to it. Check the vid for all you Bieber fans.

The Lowdown Music News… Protests, Reflections, and Epic Fail

Lots of news this week, kicking it all off with the latest interview with Sir Elton John. Speaking to the Radio TImes, He spoke about many things such as contemporary music, being on TV, and even Rush Limbaugh. One thing for sure is that Elton John has been getting a ton of negative feedback since his performance at Rush Limbaugh’s most recent wedding, Cashing in on the hefty price tag of 1 million dollars. Rush Limbaugh is no stranger to controversy and has been accused of being homophobic many times. Elton John tells the Radio Times how angry he was at some of the criticism he was getting, “I was incensed when people said I was throwing away 40 years of credibility for money. No. I don’t need it. John continued: “I’m a builder of bridges and knocker-down of walls.” He saw it as an opportunity to bridge the gap and was surprised himself when asked by rush to perform, “No-one was more surprised than I when Rush asked. Politically we’re opposites. It was an opportunity to break the ice.” See, the question I have was What ice was broken? Was there a huge contribution from Rush to the gay community? Have Elton John and Rush Limbaugh appeared at any events promoting LGBT issues? NO! and I’m willing to bet there is nothing in the works. John really doesn’t need the money so I can’t imagine him doing it for that, but I have yet to see any work on breaking that ice. DO YOU THINK that Sir Elton John sold out the gay community by performing for Rush? Sound off in the Comment section.

Activism at work… I love it especially when it crosses into the music scene. I appreciate when artists and fans alike fight for what’s right. And when I read this story it brought a smile to my face. In this case it was a slightly different kind of activism it was fans fighting for their music. This past week, there were hundreds of fans gathered outside of Warner Music Group’s offices in Manhattan. Their protest was in response to the upcoming release of Lupe Fiasco’s new album called “Lasers.” According to Lupe Fiasco all the music is done, all the artwork is done, so the question is what’s the hold up? The protest was organized by two fans that grew and grew until hundreds of fans marched from Central Park to WMG demanding Fiasco’s new music… and it worked! CEO of Warner Music Group, Lyor Cohen came outside with a boom-box and played music from the new CD. Speaking to Rolling Stone, Cohen said, “It was a great group of passionate fans taking to the streets to celebrate Lupe and the new album. No surprise — they totally reflected his kind of constructive thoughtfulness. When we saw the fans and heard them clamoring for the music, I just had to grab a boom box and go out to the streets to give them a taste.” And just like great activists, they were not appeased. The day was dubbed “Fiasco Friday” and I’m glad that people were so excited for new music, check out the vid below to see some of the protest. Have you ever fought for your music by way of protest or any other means. Let us know in the Comment section.

Music News Roundup:

1. T.I. is going back to jail but not before he meets up with the person whose life he saved Joshua Sparks. T.I. talks about the lessons he learned and how his action are forgivable. Check the vid here.

2. Drummer for the 70′s rock group The Velvet Underground is a Tea Partier. She was spotted in April at a rally in Georgia. The Riverfront Times caught up with Moe Tucker and she had this to say about the Obama Administration:

“I disagree with spending / borrowing / printing — damn the torpedoes, full speed ahead! I disagree with the ‘we won’ attitude, which is the cowardly way of saying fuck you… I disagree with an administration that for twenty months blames Bush. If the president and his minions are so damn smart, why didn’t they know the severity of the situation? … I have voted Democrat all my life, until I started listening to what Obama was promising and started wondering how the hell will this utopian dream land be paid for? For those who actually believe that their taxes won’t go up in order to pay for all this insanity: good luck.”

3. Meg Whitman in California had a major campaign twitter fail. A spokesperson for her wanted to post about a recent endorsement Whitman got, but unfortunately linked to the wrong site. She linked to a Japanese, tutu wearing bass player!!!

4. Finally Pop star Ke$ha has a new song out that is all about the recent rash of suicides of teens that were bullied for being gay. Ke$ha said: “I was really affected by the suicides that have been happening, having been subject to very public hatred [myself]. I have absolutely no idea how these kids felt. What I’m going through is nothing compared to what they had to go through. Just know things do get better and you need to celebrate who you are. Every weird thing about you is beautiful and makes life interesting. Hopefully the song really captures that emotion of celebrating who you are.” The message is great, but the song sucks… I’m so confused about this one. What do you think?

The Lowdown Radio Show… It’s a Ryan Reynolds Love Fest in Here

The Lowdown Music News…Saved Lives, Blood Posters, and Free Download

Got plenty of things for you this week. I want to start off by giving you some details on the latest poster from The Flaming Lips. The Oklahoma CIty band known for their Psychedelic Rock and elaborate live shows, just made a new poster made of HUMAN BLOOD. In fact the blood came from the lead singer of the band Wayne Coyne. In order to celebrate their latest gig at the Austin City Limits Music Festival, Wayne decided do a ‘one of a kind’ screen print. Wayne Coyne said of the poster, “We’ve never really done it before. We thought it would be silly to use some chicken blood or something.” At some point in time the poster will be auctioned off, and someone will have a great and pretty morbid piece of Flaming Lips Memorabilia. Would you buy a poster printed in someones blood? Sound off in the comments section and check this video of Wayne Coyne making the poster which includes him almost wasting all of the blood!

Good job T.I.!!! The rapper known as T.I., whose real name is Clifford Harris, is actually kind of a hero. There was a man who was about to jump off a building in Atlanta, Georgia and police were trying to deal with the situation. At the same time, T.I. was in transit to a video shoot, when he heard on the radio of the man trying to jump. The big coincidence is that the building was also home of the Ryan Cameron Show on Atlanta’s V103. He called the radio host and they produced a short video message to the jumper named Joshua. In the video T.I. pleads with the man and tells him its going to be ok saying, “Nothing is that bad. Nothing in life is worth taking your life. I’m here to help you. Please come down to talk to me.” Shortly after the police showed him the video, the man stepped back from the edge and met with T.I. for a few minutes and was taken away to a hospital, the ordeal was over. Police are crediting T.I. with greatly influencing the man.

No stranger to his own problems, T.I. was recently in jail for almost a year for some weapons charges. After being released, he got busted again, this time for drug charges. It is totally possible that he will go back to jail for a violation of his probation, but at lest he is doing some good in the mean time. T.I. said of the incident, “Something in me just said, ‘Man you gotta try and help. You gotta do whatever you can.’” He also signaled that he will make amends for the wrong he has done: “I know there were a lot of people who have supported me in the past, and all of those who have been let down by these circumstances, I want to give you my sincerest apologies and let you know that I will make it up to you and make you proud in the future.” Saving someone’s life, not a bad way to make fans proud! Do you think T.I. is a hero??? Listen to audio of T.I. giving his account of the story.

Last week on the long running news program “60 Minutes,” CNN anchor Anderson Cooper interviewed one of music’s biggest and controversial stars, Eminem. Marshall Mathers, has definitely had a rough life, being bounced around in the tough streets of Detroit as a kid, a drug overdose and addiction, domestic problems, and trying to get street cred as a white rapper. The Interview is really worth a watch. Eminen open up about everything in his past and even answers to accusations that he is homophobic and incites violence in his lyrics. He says, “I didn’t invent saying offensive things, I don’t have any problem with nobody, I’m just whatever.” And to you parents that might have an issue with his lyrics all Eminem says is “I feel like it’s your job to parent them. If you’re the parent, be a parent.” And probably most awesome of all, everyone says that you can’t rhyme a word with orange. So Eminen talks about how he deconstructs words and bends syllables to make it work. Check out the interview below.

And now on to the Music News Roundup… Just a few short stories worth knowing about.

1. John Stamos, A.K.A. “Uncle Jesse” is working on a new Movie/Musical that revolves around the music of the Beach Boys! As person who grew up watching John Stamos in Full House, and seeing his love of The Beach Boys in the show, it is kind of funny to see how much he loves them in real life. “I wish they all could be, California Girls!”

2. Rapper Nas is PISSED!!! His record label just delayed the release of his new album, The Lost Tapes: Vol. 2, from a December 17 release to an unknown date. In his rage, Nas sent a strongly worded email to all the record execs that was recently leaked. Read the full email here. Nas blows his lid saying, “Nas is NOBODY’s slave. This is not the 1800s, respect me and I will respect you.” he goes on to say that the problem is the execs themselves and their egos: “stop throwing dog shit on a MAGICAL moment, PUT MY SHIT OUT!” The Execs “think they are the stars, You aren’t…. not even close. As a matter of fact, you wish you were, but it didn’t work out so you took a desk job…. To the consumer, I COME FIRST. Stop trying to deprive them! I have a fan base that dies for my music and a RAP label that doesn’t understand RAP.” Phew… I’m angry now too… Put that shit out already! What do you think of the Nas email? Is the letter an appropriate response?

3. Finally the Lowdown Download of the Week! It is coming to us courtesy of one of my fav bands Ozomatli and the National Council of La Raza(NCLR). The Song called “Respeto”(Respect), is a bilingual song geared toward getting Latinos to vote in the upcoming November Mid-term elections. Go out and vote!!!! You wanted change, well you have to keep getting out there and take that change, it all starts with voting. Read more about the song and download it for FREE here!

The Lowdown Radio Show… It Gets Better Project, Crocodiles and Joe Arpaio, and the Timberlake/Fallon History of Rap

September was a bad month. Because of bullying, hatred, intolerance, and stupidity, the world lost four lives of young people who just wanted to be themselves free of persecution. Seth Walsh, 13, of Tehachapi Calif., hanged himself.
Billy Lucas, 15, of Greensburg, Ind., also hanged himself. Asher Brown, 13, of Houston, shot himself in the head. Tyler Clementi, 18, a freshman at Rutgers, jumped off the George Washington Bridge. These teens were all the victims of bulling by others for being gay. The most recent case was Tyler Clementi, a Rutgers University student whose roommate video taped him having sex with his partner only to then webcast the video on the internet! Who does that? Who would go though all those lengths just to “make fun” of someone. Tyler had not yet come out to his parents and the result was a posting on his Facebook that said he was jumping off the George Washington Bridge. It is so sad that people feel that they need to impose their hate and stupidity on others like that. My heart goes out to all the family members of those young kids.

In an effort to reach out to young LGBT youth, openly gay man and sex columnist, Dan Savage started a campaign to speak to all these kids that might be feeling bullied or confused. Dan’s column is called Savage Love. After reading about Billy Lucas, Dan said to himself that he wish he could have talked to that young boy and gave him the message that it gets better. So he started the “It Gets Better” Project which is a YouTube channel where people can upload videos targeted at gay teens to let then know their future is in their hands and will be better.

The first video went up on Tuesday and featured Dan Savage and his partner talking about growing up and spreading the message that it does get better. Check it here.

Some in the music and entertainment community have also joined in. Kim Kardashian, Sophia Bush, Joel Madden, Nick Cannon and many more had decided to make videos. Hip-Hop and R&B singers Ciara and LaLa have also made a video. Their message: Your Future is in Your Hands.

Good job to those that have spoken out and I hope that the message spreads so that we don’t have to hear about another suicide because someone was bullied for being different.

In other news, San Diego band “Crocodiles” are in the news for their latest song called “Kill Joe Arpaio.” The title alone is capable of grabbing many peoples imagination, but the song is not what it seems. Joe Arpaio, known as “America’s Toughest Sheriff” is also known for the immigration sweeps that he does in Maricopa County, Arizona. He is also known for his tent city jails, where all the inmates sleep outside in tents and wear pink underwear and jumpsuits. The Crocodiles song, which never mentions Joe Arpaio by name has drawn a lot of attention. The song is a fuzzed out track that has audio of radio and newscasts that talk about Arizona’s unconstitutional anti-immigration law, SB 1070. In reality the song isn’t much, but Joe Arpaio wasn’t too happy about it taking to his twitter to write, “Msg for the San Diego band ‘Alligators’ who wrote new song called ‘Kill Joe Arpaio’: BITE ME.” He even told a local news station “I guess, you know, that’s show business, I’m a little concerned about the music, where kids can get this type of music,” Arpaio said. “I think it sends a bad message. I understand freedom of speech, but there has to be a line of threatening a law enforcement official.” Aww his feeling are hurt.

The Band has said that they always get harrased when they tour in Arizona and this song is a response to that telling a local AZ news station: “Every time we go through Arizona, we get pulled over by the police or Border Patrol, we get searched and hassled and treated like criminals and our bass player, whose last name happens to be Gonzalez, gets extra hassled.” The band had this to say in response to the title of the song:

“First off, we’re not threatening him. [Charles weighs] 135 pounds and [is] hardly a man of violence. Maybe if the song was called ‘I’m Gonna Kill Joe Arpaio,’ he’d have a case but what we are attacking is the attitudes and policies he represents. In reality, we’re keeping our fingers crossed that his much-deserved heart attack comes soon; the world can always use one less racist. Karma is a bitch, Joe.”

Check out the song here and tell us what you think about it.

The latest nominees for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame have been announced! In order to be eligible for 2011, an artists first single had to be release on or before 1985. The winners will be announced in December and inducted on March 14th 2011 at the Waldorf Astoria in New York City. I wanted to list the nominees and let you sound off as to whether you think they should be inducted.
The Nominees are: Bon Jovi, Alice Cooper, Tom Waits, Donovan and Neil Diamond, LL Cool J, J. Geils Band, Beastie Boys, Donna Summer, Chic, Dr. John, Laura Nyro, Joe Tex, Darlene Love and Chuck Willis. Who do you think is Hall of Fame Material?

And Finally this week, I have to give a tip of the hat to Jimmy Fallon and his late night program. I loved Conan O’Brien and didnt think much of Jimmy Fallon’s new show besides the awesomeness of The Roots. However, the show has really started to come into its own, bolstered by the way that Jimmy Fallon really gets involved with the audience and guests. He plays his audience well, with good music and fun games and topics. Anyhow, this past week he hosted Justin Timberlake. The two were talking about hip hop and how they loved it, and got into a conversation about the Sugar Hill Gang. After that both Timberlake and Fallon with accompaniment from The Roots tore into this awesome medley of hip hop classics. Starting with the Sugar Hill Gang and covering the spectrum from Biggie to 2Pac, Beastie Boys to Snoop Dogg and Eminiem. It was a great performance and you can see it right here.

Where there any songs they missed that you would have liked to hear? Tell us what you think of the duet.
